The Koica scholarship program is designed to train key leaders in partner countries to contribute to socio-economic development of their home countries.

The Korea International Cooperation Agency was established in 1991 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea as a governmental organization for Official Development Assistance (ODA) to enhance the effectiveness of South Korea's grant aid programs for developing countries by implementing the government's grant aid and technical cooperation programs.

Application requirements:

Be a government employee with 2 years of experience for master degree application or 3 years of experience for Phd application.

Member of a recognised NGO.
