you are a student from a First Nations background
you are currently enrolled full-time in a PhD, professional doctorate, MPhil or equivalent at a partner university (Curtin University, Federation University, Flinders University, Murdoch University, The University of Queensland, University of South Australia, The University of Western Australia)
your proposed research will be in any area related to mine closure and post-mining transitions, including:
- Social sciences
- Humanities
- Ecology
- Geography
- Geology
- Health
- Economics
- Other fields relevant to mine closure and transition
