Arthritis Society Graduate PhD Salary Award is now open for the academic session 2024/2025 at the University of British Columbia (UBC). All interested candidates are encourage to apply for this funding programme.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Countries: Open to all nationalities
Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in any subject offered by the university
Admissible Criteria: Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Undertaking full-time research training in an area directly relevant to arthritis
Align with The Arthritis Society’s 5-year research strategic plan
50% of the award funding must come from partners or existing research agency grant

Offered Benefits

Successful applicants will receive an annual salary award of $21,000, with 50% of the funding provided by The Arthritis Society. The remaining 50% must come from partner organizations or existing research agency grants.
