McGill University announces Partially Funded O'Brien Postgraduate Fellowships in Canada. The O'Brien Graduate Fellowships were established in 2005 through a generous endowment from David O'Brien (BCL '65) for outstanding graduate students studying in the area of human rights and legal pluralism in the University's School of Law. This Fellowship is awarded annually by the Office of Graduate Studies, upon recommendation of the Faculty of Law where fellows will become members of the University's Center for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism.
