Eligibility:

The scholarship is open to application from students undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy at The University of Queensland and who:

have been approved to undertake a period of research exchange at TUM in 2025; or
are UQ-TUM Collaborative Supervision program students (including IGSSE) travelling to TUM in 2025 under their collaborative supervision arrangements.

Candidates applying to undertake a period of research exchange at TUM must have successfully passed their confirmation review, and must have submitted a complete Research Exchange application to the UQ Graduate School’s HDR Partnerships Team.

Selection criteria:

Your application will be ranked on the basis of:

Your academic achievement and potential for scholastic success; and
The significance and relevance of the proposed international travel to your Higher Degree by Research candidature and the potential for it to enhance your research.
