The David Getz Award was established by the Getz family in memory of David Getz, a Michigan State University graduate and member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. The scholarship is intended to assist MSU undergraduate students demonstrating community service and good academic standing, with preference given to members of Phi Delta Theta.
