ESCWA announces its third annual conference entitled “Towards an Arab region with digital access for all,” which will be held in Morocco from 28 to 30 November 2023. Information and communications technology and digital access have an essential role in achieving a technology-led society that leaves no one behind. The means that allow achieving digital empowerment and inclusion in the Arab region are to design technology, its services, applications and platforms in a way that takes into account the requirements of all individuals, regardless of their age, gender, abilities, or where they are located.
